Well it's me & you now pups. :-)
Watching her sleep is one of the best feelings in the world. Her fluttering shut lids, the black of her lips that sometime seem to curl up into a smile, ...... Sleeping peacefully feeling safe in the knowledge that we will always be watching over her.
Writing this make me think. We have one up there that thinks of me like that too. :-)
Midweek love
Had some tea in celebration of my dear Yl's 22nd sometime last week. High tea at Shangri-La's Rose Verenda is one place people who love to nua shouldnt miss. We practically rooted ourselves to our comfy velvety seats for a good whole afternoon, sipping tea & yakking away haha.
Loved the food - salmon sashimi is real fresh; We polished off all their pretzel sticks (I had thought they were decorations, then Jf told me to just eat it hahaha); loved the lamb, beef and buttery salmon dishes.... There was even dimsum! Can't complain, can't complain.
Tea was exquisite. Especially the pots and teacups. I had to stop myself from bringing one home haha. Noted down the brand, shall go France (it says made in France) to treasure hunt for it.
All in all an experience I'd love to have again. Especially when my company of auntie girlfriends were so fun to talk to hahaha. Definitely be returning there. Alas, they are fully booked for the next three months. Will have to make a date soooon. x
Ps. please do take extra extra care & I'll keep you in prayers.

A new chapter
It's a new chapter once again. One we should begin with renewed hope and a never-ending pursuit of reinventing ourselves. ....the healthy kinda change, of course.
Begun my year with my beloved mom - feasting! May we always have abundance this year :-) & met up with the someone whom perhaps I'll always be irrevocably in love with...for some new year's mischief ha ha ;-)
I guess the only formula to change is to take one decision at a time. (I read a lot of ahem, useful crap) making a conscious choice each time.....here's to living precariously during crucial moments & on the edge for the rest of the time!!
